Booking terms

These terms are a draft and must be reviewed, and the company name and organisation number added, before accepting real bookings.

Booking

A request is not binding. Your booking is confirmed when your booking fee has been paid and we have agreed the date. If we can’t agree on a date, the fee is refunded in full.

Prices

All prices are in Swedish kronor and include any VAT. The agreed total is shown before you pay. Extra time is charged per started hour as agreed on the day.

Payment

A booking fee reserves your date and counts towards the total. The amount is shown before you pay. The rest is paid before or right after the session, and your final files are released once everything is paid. Payments are handled securely by Stripe.

Moving or cancelling

You can move your booking once at no cost up to 7 days before the date. If you cancel at least 14 days before, your booking fee is refunded. If you cancel later, the fee is kept because the date has been held for you. If we have to cancel, you get a full refund.

Delivery

Files are delivered through a private online gallery, within the time stated in your package. The gallery opens after full payment and stays available for 60 days, so please download your files.

Frames

Frames are agreed with you separately and paid for separately from your session. They are made to order by our supplier, and we deliver them to you.

Travel

Travel within Greater Stockholm is included. Other travel is agreed and shown before you book.

Using the images

The photographer keeps the copyright. Private packages may be used for personal use and sharing. Business packages may be used in your own marketing. Images are only used in our own marketing with your permission.

Right of withdrawal

Consumer rights under Swedish law always apply. Services booked for a specific date may be exempt from the 14-day right of withdrawal.
