Privacy notice

Andre Visuals collects your name, email address, optional phone number, selected package, optional preferred date and project description when you submit a booking enquiry. We use these details to respond to and manage your request.

Enquiries and client files are stored with our database provider, and a copy of each enquiry is sent to the studio by our email provider. Payments are handled by Stripe, which receives your payment details directly; we never see your full card details. If spam protection is active, Cloudflare checks the booking form. We do not publish your details or sell them. Access is restricted to authorized studio personnel. We retain enquiries only as long as necessary for the stated purpose and applicable legal obligations.

You may request access, correction or deletion of your personal data, subject to legal requirements. Before launching, the studio owner must add a verified privacy contact email, the correct legal entity/controller details, a documented retention period, and any required processor/transfer information.
